Stay Collection Nimman
★ 4.4 · 174 reviews Chiang Mai Opened 2024
63 rooms, a heated pool, one street off Nimman
The atrium pool here is heated, which matters more than it sounds: most Chiang Mai hotel pools go untouched from December to February, and this one doesn't. Sixty-three rooms stack around it, many of them connecting, which makes the place quietly good for families or groups who'd otherwise get split across two bookings.
Soi 11 sits one street off the Nimmanhaemin strip, close enough to walk straight into its coffee shops and noodle counters without sleeping above the bar noise. There's an Asian fusion restaurant on site and a rooftop that looks toward Doi Suthep. No design flourishes, just a hotel that gets the basics right.
Good to know
- Soi 11 is one street back from the main Nimman drag - close to the cafés, far enough from the bar noise.
- Rooms connect in pairs, which is why the hotel fills up with families and small groups.

This stay was honestly better than we could have asked for. The location was superb, just a short walk to One Nimman with plenty of food and little shops nearby but what truly made the stay memorable was how comfortable and thoughtfully designed everything felt. The room was spacious, spotless, cozy and so comfortable that we genuinely didn’t want to leave. From the decor to the furniture, every detail felt intentional and high quality, even down to the quality mugs provided in the room. The bed had the perfect balance of softness and support and we also appreciated practical details like the shower slope design that kept the bathroom dry and clean at all times. Service throughout the stay was excellent and the overall atmosphere instantly made us feel at home. Soundproofing was also better than expected, with only minimal and acceptable noise from planes passing by. This is truly a five-star hotel experience and we’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Stay Collection is quite new and an excellent place to stay in Chiang Mai. Its very clean beautiful rooms staff are very approachable who speak fair English. Only drawback is they don't have breakfast service but with so many cafes around it we found it more enjoyable. Loved staying here and definitely will book again on our return hete.

I recently stayed at The Stay Collection Nimman and had a very pleasant experience. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a short trip. The location is one of the best parts of this hotel. It’s right in the Nimman area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options. You can easily walk out and find something delicious to eat at any time of the day. Another big plus is that it’s not far from the airport, making it very convenient for both arrival and departure. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a lively area with lots of food options nearby and easy airport access.
