A boutique hotel in Santitham, built around a still-water pond

Santitham isn't known for design hotels, it's known for cheap eats and student flats. home Chiang Mai stands out anyway, wrapped around a still-water pond with warm wood, plaster and low lighting doing the talking.

Rooms run six layouts, from a 21-square-meter standard to a 42-square-meter deluxe with a balcony. There's no restaurant, just breakfast from 6am and a 24-hour lobby. Everything else is a fifteen-minute walk east to Nimman, sitting right on top of some of the city's best cheap food.

Good to know

Soft-opening rates ran through October 2026 and were roughly half the published price.
Santitham has some of the cheapest good food in Chiang Mai; the night market on Sanam Kila Road is a five-minute walk.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. It really makes us feel like home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The interior makes the space feels very bright and airy - it’s giving Kinfolk minimalism style if you are into this. Definitely would stay in here again in our next visit

Excellent service; the hotel is clean, peaceful, and has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and upscale, accompanied by coffee and a garden seating area.
