From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the genuine Southern hospitality. Every interaction with the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. From the front desk to the pool service and housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. A special thank you to Jason, who truly made our experience unforgettable. He went out of his way to accommodate our family and made sure every detail was taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to guest service really stood out. Every step of our stay at this hotel was incredible, and it’s clear that outstanding hospitality is part of the culture here. I can’t wait to come back again and again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!

I don’t know where to start, this hotel Is amazing starting with once we got there with our son Andy was standing up front helped us with all our luggage and then also got our son a little electric car to ride around the hotel and a bunch of Cooper memorabilia. Our concierge, Sam help us and explain the hotel perfectly walk us in the room. It was an Anniversary trip for me and my wife. They have champagne and cake waiting in the room with an amazing view. They also had a private driver to take us to dinner and pick us up at any restaurant in Charleston. Marco was amazing he picked us up and dropped us off every night made sure we were safe and he also got us reservations for a restaurant we were trying to get into with no issues. If you wanna get treated like a VIP, this is the place to stay.

I'm not the biggest traveler ever but it is safe to say I have traveled the world relatively extensively and stayed at a ton of nice hotels. The Cooper is by far the best service I have ever received. I cannot say enough about the way we were treated from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we walked out two days later. The staff are incredibly warm and ready to serve at all times. We celebrated my birthday at The Crossing, the restaurant, and it was also 10 out of 10. We spent five hours each day on the pool deck and the views were beautiful.. food and service, again, were amazing. The Cooper is a home run and we look forward to returning sometime soon. Thank you to the whole staff team for an incredible stay!

Jamaul is the best. So attentive knows what need. Attentive service, unwavering fun, and great vibes. Everything you would ever want for a memorable day by the pool. Also, special shout out for Derek. He is truly a gem & made our stay feel so special. If you want a memory to reminiscence on, stay at The Cooper and indulge in a pool day. Cheers!

My husband and I attended the July 4th special event and were wowed by the attentive, friendly staff who kept smiling through the heat. The party, beautifully planned and executed, rose to the historic occasion. The view of the fireworks could not have been better, and we left with wonderful memories. I will recommend the Cooper to visiting family and friends and look forward to future special events.
