Timber Pizza Co.

Pizza out where upper Meeting Street is just starting to turn
Skip the crowded blocks near King Street. Timber Pizza Co. sits on the far northern stretch of Meeting Street, past most of downtown's restaurant density and closer to the peninsula's industrial edge.
It's a bet that the neighborhood keeps filling in with dining and retail. Get there early, and you're getting in on a corner of Charleston before everyone else catches on.

Very unique atmosphere. When you walk up you don't think Pizza place. We actually drove by it and had to turn around. It gives a very Resort type Retreat feel from the outside in a very classy way. You walk in and it's all wood. Benches and all. The bar is to the left and the Wood Fired Grill to the front. You order at the counter and you sit at one of the nicely built wooden picnic tables or wherever you choose. They do have a patio outside as well that is very garden-esque. The pizza comes out pretty quickly. The regular size is good for two people but it is verrryyy thin crust, so if you are hungry you might want to order more. The pizza was delicious and probably some of the best that I've had in a very long time. We ordered the Margherita pizza you could taste all of the flavors! Sooo gooooddddd Yum yum yum yum yum!

Stopped in and split two pizzas, a large salad, and a bucket of Modelitos for an early dinner. Excellent wood-fired light bubbly-crusted pizzas with quality toppings and lovely char. The bowl of salad was yummy and plenty to share amongst our group of four adults and one child. The bucket of ice-cold ponies was a fun touch! Quick friendly service and chill atmosphere.

The pizza was amazing and unique with the toppings they offered. Very cool atmosphere- you can see the pizzas baking in the huge oven. Would definitely go back!

Five Stars ALL around! Quaint & cool. Positive vibes and by far some of the best pizza around! We each grabbed something different so we could audit the pizzas! The Bambino, The North Central, The Penelope and the Pepperoni!

“Best pizza in the states” Wife….. Happy Wife, Happy Life. Kids and I also agreed. Bambino was a first non cheese pizza for the kids an it delivered. Nick is awesome and the whole staff was super welcoming. Bonus that the patio is dog friendly.
