Meeting Street's actual bar, not another restaurant

Upper Meeting Street has turned into a strip of restaurants over the past two years. Dive In is the exception, a neighborhood bar and restaurant that leads with drinks rather than a chef's tasting menu.

The food holds its own, solid enough to anchor a night out, but nobody's coming for a plating lesson. Come for the drinks, stay because the bar actually feels like a bar.

10/10 would recommend and definitely seek out Kris Wheeler while you're there. Looking for an unforgettable experience- he's your guy! Not only does he know his stuff but you'll surely not find a better host to an incredible time. Cheers 🍻

We stopped in for lunch and were happy with our choice! The food was delicious and plentiful with portion sizes, good atmosphere, and very nice owner! The mozzarella sticks were huge and delicious (and the cheese pull was crazy). The burgers were great and the Turkey Club was so filling! It is a great lunch spot if you are in the area!

AMAZING SERVICE such a cool vibe will absolutely be back. The classic dive burger and fries were so good. Very happy with the experience overall

Great little dive bar on Meeting St. The staff is super friendly and the beer is as cold as it gets. They’ve got a nice outside patio area if you want to hang outside. The inside has a big bar with a good number of tables. The food isn’t talked about enough. The mozzarella sticks are amazing. The fried shrimp is delicious and comes in a slightly spicy sauce. The salad is fresh and huge. The chicken panino is as solid as they come. Definitely worth a visit.
