Same kitchen, sharper focus. The team behind Azur, the seafood-leaning French spot that held this Market Street address for years, has trimmed the menu down and leaned into classic bistro technique instead of splitting attention across concepts.

Market Street sits right at the edge of the historic City Market, a strip usually thick with souvenir-stand eating. Le Bistro pulls it toward something more serious.
