A Parisian bistro from the Nocturne Jazz team, in RiNo

The people behind Nocturne Jazz & Supper Club are opening a Champagne bar disguised as a bistro. Expect around 120 different Champagnes on the list, tucked behind Denver Central Market.

The room is built for late nights, not the early dinner rush, a hangover from its owners' jazz club instincts. It's a short walk from the RiNo restaurants already packing 27th Street, so the block should stay lively well past 9pm.
