Breakfast by Salt's Cure closed its West Hollywood room and opened this Silver Lake counter on Fountain Avenue in July 2026. The move suits the neighborhood, which had no obvious walk-in breakfast of this kind.

The oatmeal griddle cakes are the reason the place exists: thick, oat-heavy, plain or with blueberries. Around them sits the same short menu the group runs everywhere: crispy potatoes, sausage, egg-and-cheese sandwiches. Walk-ins only.

  So delicious! Loved ordering a little spread with orange juice, coffee, omelette, sausage, and griddle cakes. The service is really friendly too :)

  Delicious !!!!! We got the blueberry oat griddle cakes, not too sweet. Also got the small omelette and it was also perfect. The prices are very reasonable. Super excited to have such a great new breakfast spot.
