A farmers-market cinnamon roll pop-up takes over a stall at Grand Central Market.
Cinnies spent years as a farmers-market regular around Southern California, baking the cinnamon rolls served at Max & Helen's. On 4 June 2026 it took over the old Fat + Flour stand inside Grand Central Market and turned permanent.
The classic roll stays constant. Around it rotate flavours like blueberry lemon and caramelised banana. The stall runs Wednesday to Sunday from 10am and closes the moment the rolls sell out.

The cashier was super friendly and patient with me ( Card Issues) but she was great upset I didn't get her name for my review!

If sack and sugar be a fault, God help the wicked. Let’s begin this new bakery dessert review. Cinnies is a new bakery shop that sell fresh cinnamon rolls and other pastries. It’s located within the GCM in DTLA. They only have two kinds of cinnamon rolls-Original and Special. Prices are shockingly expensive. But wouldn’t hurt if you only indulge it once every hundred years. Lol. I like that they are hand made and on the spot. The young women staff were cordial, attentive and cute-probably my eyes just deceived me. Anyways, this bakery is a lovely addition to thy market. Overall, I liked my ogling cinnamon tasty experience.

The cinnamon rolls are fairly big but pricier for a snack. My only complaint was I wish they had been baked just a bit longer. The bottoms were really soft so the cinnamon rolls had little texture when biting. But hey, we got a cute free bag!

Cinnies inside Grand Central Market is such a fun stop! The cinnamon buns were absolutely delicious warm, soft, and full of flavor. I also loved the little bonus treat with the cinnamon bun and the Summer Fridays lip gloss gift, such a nice surprise. Everything felt really well done and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more treats from Cinnies!

3% credit card surcharge on all purchases and they do accept cash. $1.00 off on your total purchase if you follow them on Instagram (@eatcinnies). Located inside the Grand Central Market, at the old Fat + Flour location that closed down (across from Lucky Bird and next to Shiku), they make some amazing home made cinnamon rolls. They are expensive ($10.00 for original and $12.00 for limited time flavors), but they are HUGE. You can share one cinnamon roll between 6+ people. Service was great, but wait time can be long if they run out of the cinnamon rolls as they take 15+ minutes to put the frosting on, cut each pieces, and box them up. It’s just a 2 person run business so hopefully they work on their efficiency as they grow their business. All in all, great addition to the Grand Central Market. I highly recommend.
