Texas smoke meets LA smashburgers on 6th Street.
Smash & Brisket opened on West 6th in Koreatown in July 2026, splitting its menu neatly between two states. On the LA side: double smashburgers and fried chicken sandwiches. On the Texas side: smoked brisket and pulled pork.
The barbecue is sold by the pound or packed into what the menu calls a sammich, so you can treat it as a burger stop or a smokehouse depending on the day.

Nice people, good food really chill atmosphere. I BOUGHT 1/4 POUND BRISKET AND I REGRET IT . I SHOULD OF BOUGHT 1/2 LB REALLY GOOD, JUICY ,AND SOFT.

Really good briscuit Soft tender and lots of flavor. The bbq is sweet and goes great with all the meats. I also had the wings- pretty good!

I recently tried the brisket platter, and it was absolutely amazing.The brisket was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with rich smoky flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and well seasoned, making them a great side.Everything tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the quality was outstanding. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving great BBQ and comfort food. I’ll definitely be coming back again
