Lielle opened on 12 February 2026 on the ground floor at 9575 West Pico, the address that housed Bicyclette. The chef is Marcus Jernmark, a Swede with a long record in New York, and the cooking keeps what he calls a Nordic backbone while sourcing almost entirely from California.

The format is a four-course set menu plus snacks, from around $150 a head, fine dining in structure, deliberately unstuffy in the room. Aged squab and a sticky bun have both featured on the opening menus.
