Despite the near-identical name, Stuff We Eat has no connection to Stuff I Eat, the long-running Inglewood vegetarian restaurant that closed in 2026. This is a fast-casual counter that opened on North Fairfax that same June.

The menu wanders on purpose: fish and chips, wings, falafel salads, shrimp tacos, a spicy Korean fried chicken sandwich, a smashburger built with blue cheese. Nothing about it is themed, which on Fairfax counts as a position.

Visiting LA Stuff We Eat restaurant was delicious. I had the shrimp salad. My oldest son had the grilled chicken hold, and my youngest son, had the fish and chips all was delicious. Fries was fresh and delicious. A must to stop by and try if you're in the area.

I got brussel sprouts, sweet potato fries, and fish tacos. All of it was superb! My favorite was the brussel sprouts. I actually met the dude that I think works there full time when I was walking down Fairfax and his kind and attentive nature is what brought me to try it. So glad I did and will definitely be coming back.

Great spot for a tasty lunch and/or casual dinner! The outdoor dining area is a great vibe and the food is delicious—especially the fried fish sandwich. Highly recommend!
