LA's most obsessive pizzeria swaps its Pico closet for a real kitchen in Palms.
Pizzeria Sei ran for years out of a cramped Pico-Robertson room, the line stretching out the door for Tokyo-inflected Neapolitan pies. In 2026 it moved into a much bigger space on Tabor Street in Palms and used the room to expand the menu.
Sei 2.0 now runs three pizza styles: the original Neapolitan, puffy fried montanara pies that land looking like whoopee cushions, and paper-thin Roman scrocchiarella. The old Pico spot lives on as Sei Pizza Bar.

- Reservations open online, the Palms room is bigger than the original but still fills.
