A 1970s-glam supper club in the old Den on Sunset, with jazz and rotating art.
Galerie took over The Den on Sunset and reopened in November 2024 as a supper club built around the Strip's rock-and-roll decades. The room seats around 120 under velvet banquettes and a jovial seventies palette, with rotating art exhibitions on the walls and a jazz trio most nights.
Executive chef Gabriel Lindsey came from Dudley Market and cooks American bistro food with a French accent, with enough tableside service to keep the theatre going. It functions equally as a restaurant and a late cocktail room.
