Eleven11

Nashville Opened September 2025

A Vietnamese bar with eleven seats, total

The name is literal. Eleven11 opened on Dickerson Pike in September 2025 with room for eleven people and no plans to add a twelfth. One of the owners has form elsewhere in East Nashville, which explains the queue outside from the first week.

Go early or go on a weeknight. There is no waiting area, so a full house means standing on the sidewalk.
