Pizza Lolo

The pop-up pizza that finally got a roof
Pizza Lolo spent years as one of the more chased pop-ups in East Nashville. In April 2026 it moved into a shipping container at Lost & Found and started keeping regular hours, which regulars had almost stopped hoping for.
The ricotta-based Pearl is still the one to order. Hot soppressata and roasted garlic cream are the other two that sell out first.

This Italian sandwich was just like the presentation. Wonderful! Me and a friend sneaked in today. The combination of the ingredients makes it my favorite Italian in the city. Not over priced like most but substantial for the cost. Bread was fantastic with a good parm layer and combination sauces and oil made it for me! From start to finish fantastic! Boom

I love the thin crust wood-fired pizza here! The crust is well fermented and not so chewy your jaw hurts. All ingredients taste fresh and carefully sourced. I love that they give a buzzer so you can find a seat without waiting. Their ranch is also really delicious. The guys who work there are chill and nice.

Expensive slow and pizza was basically just crust. There was very little sauce or toppings. I do enjoy the ambiance at Lost and Found but there are much better options.

I'm from the pizza capitol of the US and I've been following Pizza Lolo since they were just a pop up. I finally got the chance to try it last week and I can honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I've had since moving to Nashville 2 years ago. This is one of the few places here that reminds me of NY & CT pizza. I'm about to be their #1 customer.
