Japanese-owned Vietnamese pizza chain lands in Greenpoint
Smoked duck piled on Meyer lemon burrata is the pie that tells you what Pizza 4P's is about: house-made cheese doing the heavy lifting, locally sourced toppings doing the rest. The chain has more than forty locations across Asia, Japanese-owned and Vietnam-born.
Greenpoint's Norman Avenue outpost is its first swing at New York, and the in-house cheese program is the reason to pick this over any other slice on the block.

Great place for pizza and pasta! Got the spaghetti, oyster, seaweed pasta with cream sauce and the four cheese with honey pizza. Both dishes were really good and can't wait to come back and try more. Definitely recommend getting the chili oil to add to the pizza. Service was a little slow but probably because it is a newer restaurant and the kinks are being sorted out. The restaurant itself is beautiful and well decorated, a very Greenpoint/Brooklyn vibe. Bathrooms are also pretty and they have a lot of fun interactive pieces around the restaurant. The menus themselves were also pretty with colorful paper and had nice dyed cloths as the cover.

Went for the soft opening and everything was already pretty dialed. This is an amazing place. I would go here twice a week when I was living in Hanoi in Vietnam and to have them in Brooklyn doing their thing, it is really good unique Neapolitan style Japanese pizza. They make the cheese in House from curds from local dairies. Pizzas are nontraditional, but incredibly delicious.

I truly had such an amazing experience here! Every single thing in the restaurant has its own story, and it was beautiful to see every component come together in this beautiful space. My waiter, Linh, was extremely helpful and welcoming and came to check on me multiple times. I sat at the pizza bar and was able to observe the extremely talented pizza team (especially Anthony!!) and it made the whole experience. I was introduced to many new things and am so impressed how they made it work into these dishes. I will definitely be coming back to try more things (:

AMAZING. It totally lived up to the hype. It’s definitely a different vibe from the location I went to in Vietnam (diff menu) but still nice nonetheless. The ambiance was so calm and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly nice. Definitely sit at the bar if you can—it’s fun watching them make the pizzas. The smoked salmon tartare was so good. My favorite dish was the 4 mushroom risotto with pork belly. They give you chili oil to pour on top, and it took it to another level. I could honestly eat that over and over again. Def not your typical risotto more fried rice esque. The sea veggie & seafood pizza (oyster, shrimp, and squid) was also amazing. It wasn’t overly cheesy or fishy—everything was really balanced. The burrata ice cream was INSANE. I expected regular ice cream with burrata on top, but the burrata was actually infused into the ice cream. I have no idea how they did it, but it had this subtle cheesy flavor without being too sweet. The strawberries and crumble were the perfect pairing. I also tried the hojicha cocktail, and it was so good. The hojicha flavor really came through, and it was nice and strong.
