Two Michelin stars, one seating a few nights a week
The whole operation is one seating a night, three nights a week. The tasting menu starts at 345 dollars, and Michelin has given it two stars. Reservations don't run online. They go through an inquiry form instead.
It's tucked into Baldwin Park rather than downtown, unlike almost anywhere else with this kind of recognition. Thursday through Saturday is the only window to get a seat at all.

This review is long overdue, as I dined at Sorekara quite some time ago. Even then, it was clear that something special was happening here. The experience was thoughtful, creative, and executed at an incredibly high level from start to finish. I remember leaving feeling certain that recognition would follow, so it’s no surprise to see Sorekara now holding two Michelin stars. It’s well deserved. I’m thrilled to see they are still going strong and continuing to receive the recognition they earned. A truly memorable dining experience.

Phenomenal experience. Having dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants all over the world, Sorekara stands out as one of my favorites. Chef Shen and his team have found a perfect symbiosis between taste and artistry. The service is also first class and warm. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Sorekara deserves all of its accolades!

This is the hands down best dining experience in Orlando. It was well worth the price. Service was excellent even days before our dinner. The food was memorable and will certainly be something we look back on for years. Only negative was Uni the dog was not in attendance :D

Sorekara was extraordinary. My wife and I celebrated our birthdays here, and the entire evening surpassed anything we could have imagined. The chef and team executed every moment with precision, creativity, and intention. Each course, each concept, and each interaction built upon the last, continually exceeding expectations. The service reflected a level of care, hospitality, and commitment that is rare (unicorn level). We feel genuinely blessed to have a dining experience of this caliber in Central Florida. The two Michelin Stars are well deserved. We also loved the personal touch of the references to the chef’s Shiba Inu, Uni—especially meaningful since we have one as well. Sorekara is, quite simply, the best. Thank you for giving us a core memory we will cherish. -Paul and Grace

Sorekara completely redefines dining in Orlando. Chef Will delivers a true 2 Michelin-star level experience that you simply won’t find anywhere else in the city. Every course is thoughtful, precise, and beautifully executed—each dish feels like a work of art, both visually and in flavor. What really elevates the night is the hospitality. Tracy provides service that is warm, attentive, and effortlessly polished, making the entire experience feel personal and unforgettable. The pacing, the attention to detail, and the storytelling behind each dish all come together perfectly. This isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for something unique, refined, and truly special in Orlando, Sorekara sets the standard. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had anywhere.
