Spanish flavors landing in Baldwin Park's old Colibri space

William Shen and Johnny Tung are behind this one, a Spanish concept moving into the space Colibri Mexican Cuisine left behind on New Broad Street. It's set to open before the year is out.

Baldwin Park keeps cycling through concepts on this stretch faster than most Orlando neighborhoods. Spanish cooking hasn't had a real foothold here yet, and this is the first serious attempt.
