Pizza Brain's co-founder returns with crab rangoon pizza.

Cerveau opened on Spring Garden Street in November 2025 from one of Pizza Brain's original owners. The old Fishtown shop was strictly thin-crust; this one is not so disciplined.

Pies come in versions like crab rangoon and french onion, and the menu also runs to pasta, salads and crudos, with a full bar behind it. The Infatuation added it to the Hit List.

Totally okay. Quick and had a good vibe. Chicken sandwich was a little hard to eat and it said fried but it came out grilled. The staff was awesome and they had some pretty good merch! It's subpar but not a bad find. Pizza was alright too just thin.

I just had a great experience here for a celebratory dinner with my children. The atmosphere and seating was perfect for my family and the server really went above and beyond. The pizzas were top tier. The mozzarella sticks were incredible. Highly recommend for families and I’ll certainly be back!

Really flavorful thin crust pizzas perfect for sharing! I wish there was more ricotta on the ricotta pizza but the seasoning was really good. Appreciate the elevated dishes along with pizza. Service was chill.

I visited Cerveau twice in the past week and both times were phenomenal! As a huge fan of pizza brain, I knew I wanted to visit Cerveau when they opened. We visited first before a concert and tried the Caesar salad and the crab Rangoon pizza. The salad was one of the best Caesars I ever had- complete with some anchovies. The crab Rangoon pizza seriously tasted like crab Rangoon - in the best way possible. The sweet chili drizzle was the perfect touch. I spilled some of the sauce on my white top and the manager grabbed me some club soda right away which was so nice of him! They mentioned that they had quizzo on Tuesday nights, and my boyfriend and I love trivia nights so we stopped by the next Tuesday with our friends and had another wonderful experience. The quizzo was fun - everyone had great energy and the host, Rob, put on a great show. The entire staff was helpful and they were all very friendly. It made for a great atmosphere. We tried the pepperoni pizza on our second visit and it brought me back to the pizza brain days. I'm excited to visit again soon!
