Koobrew opened in Miramar in October 2025 at 9030 Kenamar Drive, joining the cluster of small producers that's turned the Miralani Makers District into a real reason to drive up the 15.

The tasting room goes beyond beer, which sets it apart from its neighbors. Weekday afternoons are quiet. Weekends bring the full industrial-park crawl.

Great place to sit down and get an amazing botanical infused drink. I dont drink much but the kinds of drinks that Koo serves at his brewery are one part that makes me come back. The second aspect are the amazing people i've met and shared conversation and drinks with, and finally the great funk, hiphop, and jazz music that spin on their vinyl player. Everything, along with Koo and his staff at the helm are what make Koobrew my go to spot to sit down at to enjoy a good drink and all the while, talk with and connect to the people around me. kooさんなんと良い場所です！！

The beers are delicious and he has some unique options. Koo himself works there and is very kind and welcoming. He has great taste in music! Can’t wait to come back

This is such a cute new brewery. It's very chill, and feels like hanging out in someone's living room (in the best possible way). They take the time to hand select records to be play while you sip unique drinks (with a great gluten free selection). It's quickly become our favorite local spot!
