One menu, three coasts of Mexico, zero compromise

Baja ceviche sits next to Oaxacan mole on the same table, because chef Ruiz refuses to pick one region of Mexico when the whole coastline is worth cooking. It's a bold way to open a menu, and it worked: this place was voted Santa Fe's best new restaurant within a year.

The room is bigger and more casual than most of the newer spots on Paseo Corazón. Go for weekend brunch if you can, the tempura fish tacos are the move, served 11am to 3pm.
