Banh mi on bread they bake themselves
Bé Mi opened in June 2026 on Yesler Way in Pioneer Square. Plenty of banh mi shops open around Seattle, but this one bakes its own baguettes and makes its own cold cuts, which shows up in the sandwich.
The coffee side is worth a stop on its own. Phin drips topped with salted cream or coconut, made one at a time, so give it a few minutes.

Awesome shop with great people. They were sold out of sandwiches and I was leaving town the next day and they let me come in early for a fresh sandwich the next day before my flight. Sandwich and coffee were excellent.

The cutest restaurant with a home-y ambience We love how each sandwich is individually crafted and ingredients complement each sandwich nicely. There are no ingredients that overpower each other, but rather balance the flavors out well! We will be back to try the other sandwiches!

I moved from California to Seattle and Seattle food scene has not been impressive for me. However, this place might be one of the only few restaurants I can recommend to others. I ordered lemon glass pork (with sticky rice substitution since I’m gluten intolerance), and my partner ordered steak Bánh mì. They were both super well seasoned, packed with flavor and umami, every bite was just so pleasant. The restaurant stuffs were super nice and friendly too, they told us they even bake bread freshly every morning! This place is probably the best sandwich restaurant in the town!! Highly recommended to others to try if they have not done so! FYI: we went there on Sunday and parking was very difficult to find (World Cup final game was on so might not be too crazy on other weekend though). Also every sandwich is made to order so you might have to wait:) ours came out pretty quickly though!!

Best pork banh mi in Seattle (get it with the pate)! The flavors are absolutely perfectly balanced, and love the fresh veggies. The shredded chicken is a good changeup — very rich and unique flavor, balanced well by the pickled veggies. The cafe sua da with egg foam was great as well — more of a lighter foam and cinnamon vibes compared to other egg foam coffees I’ve had in the CID. Very lovely, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff as well.

I have been looking for a restaurant near the ferry terminal to eat at in between boats. This one was open & had vegetarian options, owner was very sweet & we chatted for a bit. Food was beyond excellent. Like others I plan to come back and work my way through the menu. I appreciate that it is truly accessible.
