$175 omakase in the old Eden Hill room
Sushi Yoin took over the Queen Anne space that Eden Hill left behind and opened in June 2026. The chef trained at Shiro's, which in Seattle is about as strong a sushi lineage as you can claim.
The omakase runs $175 a head and the counter seats a handful of people, so book well ahead. Weekday seatings are easier to get than Friday and Saturday.

Best dining experience in Seattle. Chef and staff were incredible. Food can’t even be put into words.

Chef Sean has created the best omakase experience in Seattle bar none. It’s a privilege to see him at the top of his game. The menu is a perfect balance of bold innovation and traditional mastery, all built on high-quality fish with masterful aging, marination, & perfectly seasoned rice. For us, standouts included the chawanmushi, the kohada, the abalone, the akamutsu, and the burihira. Sushi YOIN stands head and shoulders above the rest.

Was lucky enough to get a reservation at this new omakase restaurant in Seattle that I'd heard good things about. The interior is modern and high end. Feels like someplace exclusive in Japan .The vibe made it perfect for a special night out. Chef Sean was so fun and engaging. Every dish was incredible. Definitely a step up from some of the other nice sushi restaurants in town. Impressive for being brand new. The cigar handroll was my favorite and super unique. Between the flavor, the energy, and the service I'm looking forward to coming back. Well done.

What a wonderful omakase! Up there with my favorite omakase experiences in Seattle. Excellent fish, masterfully prepared. Chawanmushi was probably the best I've had in the city. The cigar hand roll at the end was a special treat. The chef was funny, knowledgeable, friendly. I can't wait to return!
