Dumplings and banh mi at the Junction
KinD took over the Bonjour Vietnam space at the West Seattle Junction at the end of 2025 and settled into full-time hours in February 2026. Dumplings, banh mi, soups, a short menu run by a small team.
Open seven days now. The speakeasy called The Alley is still behind it if you want a drink after.

Wow! This place did not disappoint! We got two appetizers, the noodle dishes, and some drinks - everything here was really good! Welcome to The Junction KinD!

This was our first time at KinD and definitely won't be our last. We had the tofu and veggie soup with handmade noodles and kimchi broth, the scallion oil noodles, and tofu bites, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and fantastic. The kimchi broth was really satisfying. Our server Brandon was efficient ans super friendly. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

This is a wonderful restaurant! I'm from Taiwan. While this is not a Taiwanese restaurant, all the food I had here reminds me of home. Brandon was super great! Very helpful with ordering and brought me extra broth because I ordered an extra serve of noodles. Overall, I had a wonderful meal here! Will come again soon!

This place is giving "home comfort food", I only said that because I got the "Red Cooked Wagyu" soup.... Which totally tasted like a Filipino dish "Nilaga" but oh boy, the meat are so tender. The serving portion is perfect. They make their own noodles too. I must say, this is the first noodle place in Seattle area that I liked. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ on that homemade noodles 👌. Our server Brandon was awesome too! He gave us good recommendations on what to order. In my case, that "Red Cooked Wagyu" 👌

If you know me, you know I don’t throw around “top 5 in Seattle” lightly… but KinD Asian Noodle House absolutely earned that spot tonight From the rich flavorful broths to the perfectly cooked noodles and comforting Asian-inspired dishes, every bite here hits. The quality, presentation, and attention to flavor seriously make this one of the most underrated gems in West Seattle. Whether you’re craving noodles, rice dishes, or just a cozy spot with amazing food, this is the kind of place you keep coming back to. Easily one of my favorite Asian restaurants in Seattle right now.
