Taqueria El Pastorcito

Trompo tacos on Broadway until 3am

Broadway already had tacos. Taqueria El Pastorcito opened there in June 2026 anyway, with a big counter, a spinning trompo, and plates that come out on the paper kind rather than anything fancy.

Al pastor is what to order, sliced straight off the spit with pineapple. Weekend hours run to 3am, which makes it one of the few real late-night options on the Hill.

If you’re looking for a great hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant, this is it! The food was fresh, made to order, and came out surprisingly fast. Everything tasted authentic and full of flavor. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Great food, quick service, and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

Best tacos in Seattle! I've already been here 6 times since they opened, and this place has made my life better. Highly recommend the pastor tacos and pastor quesadilla

Al pastor and asada quesadilla, taco, and mulita are all so delicious! Food is ready very quickly and they fill the taco with a lot of meat. Better than Los tacos no. 1 in NYC in my opinion!

I was pleasently surprised to find a taco place with authentic "trompos" (those kebab like skewers) in Seattle. The pastor tacos and melon water were amazing. The only thing is that at some point the music's volume increased and was too loud so I couldn't talk with my friends as easily. I think they were going for the party vibe, but it made my friends stop the conversation and go home.
