Eebee's opened on a Shaw corner in December 2025 calling itself a classic American joint, and it means it: mozzarella sticks, banana splits, a burger people keep mentioning.

The drinks are manhattans, negronis and dirty shirleys. It fills up late with people who work in other restaurants, which is usually the signal.
