Bagels were decent but a bit more chewy than I would have liked. Good options for sandwiches with lots of seating. While this is located in the same building as the AC, it is not directly connected.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a clean, inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly, patient, and worked efficiently even during busy periods. My order came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted excellent. The bagels had the perfect texture, and the ingredients were high quality. The restaurant itself was well maintained, and the overall experience felt organized and welcoming from start to finish. From entering the store to walking out with my order, everything was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for authentic New York-style bagels in Washington, DC, H&H Bagels is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back again!

If you’re looking for great bagels and outstanding service, I highly recommend H&R Bagel! I was staying at the AC Hotel and needed a good breakfast they open early, and I’m so glad I found this place. A special thank you to Steward and Winifer, who went above and beyond to to my kids who are picky eaters. Their kindness and genuine care for their customers made the experience even better.

H&H Bagels A staple since 1972 in New York upper Eastside. Is now in Washington DC. Made from New York water best ingredients. Fresh baked bagels, Fishes, Cream Cheese , Baked Goods and fresh Coffees! 5 star review and a must stop in Washington DC!!

Writing as a customer and a beneficiary of H&H Bagel’s generosity. I knew H&H was the premier bagel place in NYC and stopped there many times. I was excited when they opened here in DC because they have the BEST bagels. I discovered that they make them here as well as they do in NYC. Delicious! On top of that, despite being a premier bagel place, they are also an amazing partner to the community. H&H made our nonprofit’s recent charity 5K/10K a huge success - the runners commented that they’d never seen such a delicious spread! So - thank you, H&H, as a bagel lover and a DC community member!
