Erik Bruner-Yang's room inside a barbershop-and-boutique complex

Manifest 002 is not really a restaurant. The Union Market complex holds cocktail bars, a co-working cafe, racks of clothes and a barbershop, and at the centre of it sits (h)ours, Erik Bruner-Yang's dining room.

Peking duck with caviar, chicken wings, gnocchi alla vodka. It opened in October 2025 and works best as the last stop of an afternoon spent in the building.

Gabby at Manifest on 3rd St NE was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she made sure we were taken care of and provided exceptional service throughout the entire experience. She was attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. The food was just as impressive—everything was delicious, well-prepared, and exceeded expectations. Great food can bring you in, but service like Gabby’s is what makes you want to come back. If you visit Manifest, definitely ask for Gabby. She made an already great experience even better. 10/10!

This is really cool setup that has a great vibe. The food is outstanding also. This place can suck you in so be ready to make a night of it.

Outstanding from beginning to end! You enter to the small shop are with a glassed in barbershop and check in, then descend a narrow spiral staircase and there is another shopping area and the restaurant. It’s swanky and zen at the same time with great music that isn’t too loud. We go two great cocktails, the bread service (complementary), sweet potato’s, brisket and white bolognese pasta followed by chocolate cake and lemon tiramisu. Sooo goood! Service was exceptional too. Will return to try more items and also the speakeasy too. Highly recommend!
