Single-farmer microlots, roasted in Tây Hồ

Most Vietnamese coffee gets exported in bulk as commodity robusta. Simple Coffee does the opposite: it buys microlots straight from farmers in the northern and central highlands and roasts them a short walk from West Lake.

The menu stays short on purpose. The point is tasting what one specific lot does, not picking a drink format. Good stop if you actually care what's in the cup.
