A MICHELIN Green Star in West Lake

Lamai Garden holds one of only three MICHELIN Green Stars awarded in Vietnam, given for sustainability rather than cooking alone. The kitchen works from a short local supply chain and builds its menus around what can actually be grown nearby.

It sits in the Quảng Bá stretch of Tây Hồ, out by the lake and the flower market. The garden setting is not a marketing line. A good part of the seating is outdoors among the planting.
