Yakiniku logic, but every cut is fish

Lanh Phan runs the grill here the way a yakiniku spot runs beef, except everything on it swims. This is the original Yakiuo Ishikawa room, planted on Thai Van Lung in the District 1 blocks Japanese residents have made their own.

Omakase comes at several price points if you want to be led, or go à la carte and pick your own plates. A second branch opened in Thảo Điền in 2026.
