Café Maestra opened on Grinzinger Straße in June 2026, run by Anna and Christoph Heinrich, who also operate the restaurant Beaulieu. The café sits between two traditions: the pace and ritual of a Viennese Kaffeehaus and the lighter, all-day rhythm of a French bistro.

The menu runs from croissants and pastries in the morning through to eggs Benedict and light lunch plates later in the day, alongside a full coffee program. Its Heiligenstadt address, in Vienna's northern reaches near the Grinzing wine district, gives it a quieter, more residential feel than the Heinrichs' other project.

Nice, cozy place in Q19 if you want to have coffee, have breakfast or eat something quickly, they also have some cakes

Me and my fiance enjoyed a slow and nice breakfast on Saturday. The waiter was incredibly polite and professional, the service fast and food excellent. I highly recommend this place. PS. They have fantastic coffee.

I've absolutely fallen in love with this cool, urban, yet relaxed café. Tasteful decor, a fantastic and varied menu, a fine selection of lighter fare, a very cozy and chic atmosphere, highly recommended for breakfast, lunch, or even an early dinner with friends, a quick and healthy snack after school with the kids, and finally! a place for a business meeting. Especially convenient: Parking in the Q19 garage (2 hours free). Be sure to try the Cold Brew Orange, Caesar Salad, the roll with eggplant spread, the Quiche Lorraine, and the beef tartare! Not to mention the wonderful Crémant… I'm thrilled! ☀️

I wish every shopping center had such a good and beautiful café for eating, drinking, and relaxing. With a great outdoor seating area, too.
