Fine-dining technique, poured into dessert

Two chefs who spent years in Dutch fine dining now put that training into eight desserts built to hit childhood memory buttons. Popcorn crackles with popping sugar, and Violetka reworks the old Temenuzhka candy into something sharper.

One dessert is gluten-free, the coffee is specialty Arabica, and the lemonade changes with the season. A dessert-first spot in a city that rarely has one.

We are from Germany and come every time to Sofia just for Sladko! It is a very nice atmosphere, the employees are always doing the best job and are so polite. This a the best pastrys we have ever eaten (even better than Cedric Grolet🫣).

Lovely little pastry shop with a cozy atmosphere and delicious desserts. Everything we tried was fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put care into the quality of their pastries and sweets. A great spot to stop by when you want something tasty and special. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing desserts! If you want to have a very special cake which brings you variety of tastes - you have to come here. Popcorn cake will explode with different textures in your mouth. As well as a lemon tart, keeping perfect balance between sweetness and citrus sourness. If you love to explore - this sladkarniza is a must to visit.

I had such a lovely experience at this café today. The dessert was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious — light, delicate, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The popcorn topping added a fun and unexpected twist that made it even more memorable. The atmosphere in the café is incredibly cozy and relaxing. Soft colors, stylish tableware, and thoughtful details in the interior design create a calm and elegant space where you really want to slow down and enjoy the moment. Even the small touches, like the fresh flowers on the table, make the place feel special. The service was also excellent — friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. It truly felt like a place where guests are cared for. A perfect spot for coffee, dessert, and a peaceful break during the day. I will definitely come back!
