Plovdiv's pancake cult lands on Vitoshka

The name means frying pan, and that's the whole menu: sweet and savory pancakes with combinations more creative than the format suggests. It's a Plovdiv import that already has a following before you even taste one.

It works at any hour, a mid-shopping snack or a late dessert, which is exactly the trap. The line moves fast. Eat walking or grab one of the few stools.
