Galbi grilled tableside, named for Busan's beach district

Wellington Street already had a growing string of Korean barbecue spots. This one stakes its claim by naming itself after Haeundae, the Busan beach neighborhood famous for seafood and grilled meat, a nod to diners who know the city's food reputation.

The menu centers on galbi, marinated short ribs cooked right at your table, backed by the full banchan spread that comes with any proper Korean barbecue order. It opened a few months before Dotom, another Korean spot that set up a few doors down.
