French brasserie classics return to Aarhus Teater

Cafe Hack ran inside Aarhus Teater from November 2001 until it closed in early 2025. Patrick Fernandez took over the lease and reopened the room on December 5, 2025 as Brasserie Hack, keeping the French cooking that built the name: bouillabaisse, beef tartare, a 300-gram ribeye. Prices are set for a dinner before the show, not a special occasion.

The dining room sits inside the C.F. Møller-designed theatre building, a setting few restaurants in Aarhus can claim. Two decades of local memory came back with the name.
