A Breton baker's rye, olive and classic baguettes
Aurélie Guyon trained at a French bread-baking school before the Berlin Bakers' Guild gave her special approval to open her own shop, a small win for someone who left Brittany for Berlin more than fifteen years earlier. La Miche turns out rye, olive and classic French baguettes, plus la pompe, a yeasted pastry from the south of France rarely seen this far north.
Mornings only, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Get there before the good loaves are gone.

What first? We simply can't decide... Every bread and pastry is "a poem" in its own way. And: the bread is still delicious even after a long time!

Wow what a banger ! La miche graine is a real bomb. Extremely crunchy and softly balanced with this amazing sourdough filled and coated with a mix of grains. This is pure french style bread but also the closest you can get from the German style. Must try !

Absolutely delicious. It's baked on-site, and you can taste the difference. A real asset to the neighborhood.
