AERON, the Hungarian label global stores stock, finally gets its own shop on Andrássy

AERON is the Budapest label that made it abroad before it had a proper shop at home. Eszter Áron founded it in 2012, and its womenswear and leather pieces now sit in international retailers and get written up in Wallpaper*. For years, the only way to buy it in Budapest was a small private showroom on Szervita Square.

That changed in spring 2024, when AERON opened its first flagship at Andrássy út 34, inside a neo-renaissance building on the city's UNESCO-listed avenue. URBA designed the interior, pairing organic shapes and stone-like surfaces with the building's historic bones. Good to know

• Closed on Sundays; the brand's seasonal final sales are announced on Instagram and can reach deep discounts on samples.
