FYR's sourdough and pastrami focaccia on the Singel

Named after fika, the Nordic ritual of stopping for coffee and something baked. FYKA is what the team behind restaurant FYR did with the old Petit Charcuterie at Singel 317, a snug bel-etage room with a low ceiling and a bench out front.

The bread is FYR's slow-baked sourdough. Order the focaccia with house-cured pastrami, rocket and horseradish, then take a loaf home.
