Grill and bistro cooking, plus 2,500 bottles of macerado
There's a room upstairs holding more than 2,500 bottles of macerados, next to a salon that looks onto Parque Kennedy. Ask to see it before you sit down.
Downstairs, the kitchen splits the difference between a parrilla and a bistro, with a Peruvian accent on both. The name nods to a César Vallejo story and to yonque, the sugarcane spirit distilled across the Andes.
