The duck magret paella is the plate to order, Spanish in method, Peruvian in everything that goes into it. Tapas and raciones cover the peninsula side of the menu, while the mains lean on local fish, meat and chilli cooked with Spanish technique.

A proper wine list backs it up, rarer than it should be on this stretch of Calle Schell. Two people should just sit at the bar.
