Sixty natural wines and Italian plates in Las Letras

Carlos Gremone, Débora Schneider and Luis Miguel Castaño took over the old Vinoteca Moratín space and turned it into Bar Vi. Around sixty natural wines fill the list, most of them organic and biodynamic from small producers.

The food leans Italian and is built for sharing, plates meant to move around the table rather than sit in front of one person.
