Bulgogi and kimbap on a Jarvis Square corner

Paganini opened on North Greenview in June 2026, just off Jarvis Square, a casual Korean cafe with a music-room name.

The core of the menu is Korean: bulgogi, japchae, kimbap by the roll. Around it sits a handful of dishes from elsewhere entirely, jerk chicken among them, which makes more sense in Rogers Park than almost anywhere else in the city.
