Forty years as a pawn shop, now sixty screens and a 48-seat bar.

The building at 5901 Melrose really was a pawn shop for four decades. It reopened in July 2026 as a sports bar of the same name, with Mark Cuban among the investors and a fit-out that leans expensive rather than divey.

Inside: a 48-seat bar, private suites for groups, and more than sixty screens. It was built with football in mind, and the room fills for matches most LA bars won't bother opening early for.
