Hillsboro Village's first boutique hotel, with a vinyl library
Hillsboro Village runs on brunch lines and record shops, and now it has a proper boutique hotel too. The Chloe has 19 rooms, an all-day restaurant, three bars, an outdoor pool and a listening library stocked with vinyl.
It's the second act for LeBlanc + Smith, the New Orleans group that turned an Uptown mansion into one of that city's favorite small hotels. Here they restored two 1920s Craftsman cottages on Acklen Avenue and opened in January 2026. The buildings once housed Asylum Records.
Good to know
- The listening library has a proper vinyl collection; it's the best room in the house on a rainy afternoon.
- With only 19 rooms and an outdoor pool, summer weekends sell out well ahead; book early.
- The restaurant and three bars draw locals, so the ground floor is livelier than the room count suggests.

My husband and I just enjoyed a staycation at The Chloe and it was without a doubt the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Every detail has been thoughtfully and intentionally designed and their staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Everyone from the front desk to the bartenders were so kind and personable. The size of the hotel gives it both a very intimate and personal feel which we both really appreciated. The welcome beverage and complimentary breakfast for guests were exceptional in quality and added value. The pool and lounge area were another highlight for us. My husband said he hadn’t felt that relaxed in years! Our room was perfectly clean, gorgeous, and the addition of the record player (which also features Bluetooth) was such a welcome addition. Overall we had an incredible stay and we will be recommending The Chloe to all of our friends and family! We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The Chloe is one of those places that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. I ordered the lamb shoulder, and it was outstanding, incredibly tender and full of flavor. The vegetables, potatoes, and okra were the perfect complement to the dish, and the portion size was just right. Brian provided exceptional service. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was equally impressive, with great music and a relaxed, welcoming ambiance. From the food to the service to the overall vibe, everything came together beautifully. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

'd definitely recommend spending a pool day at The Chloe! The weekday pool pass is an incredible deal and made for the perfect "work from the pool" day. Ella, who works at the pool, was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the day. She really made the experience even better. The food and drinks were both excellent, and the whole atmosphere was the perfect escape from the summer heat. It's also great to see a place like this helping revitalize such a wonderful neighborhood while still feeling relaxed and approachable. We'll definitely be back!

If you’re near Vanderbilt, go. 🤍 ☕️ I stopped by twice for the granola yogurt bowl and cortado, and both were delicious every single time. The yogurt bowl ($12) is a little “ouch” on the wallet, but honestly worth it, perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The cortado ($5) was great, and the biscuit ($5) was good too. The whole place is beautiful. It gave me modern Victorian Los Angeles vibes, but in Nashville. If you’re from LA, you’ll know exactly what I mean. It even reminded me a little of Delilah. Perfect spot for cute photos, coffee with the girls, or just romanticizing your morning. The service was lovely, and although I didn’t get to stay at the hotel this trip, one look at the pool had me wishing I could extend my stay. Until next time, Nashville. ✨
