Pendry is Montage's lifestyle brand, built on the same hotel-plus-residences formula behind its San Diego, Chicago and West Hollywood properties. Here it breaks ground in Paseo South Gulch, the growing district on The Gulch's southern edge. It signals where Nashville luxury is heading: south of the Gulch, away from Broadway.
