The Printing House Hotel

Mid-century design over rhinestone kitsch, four blocks from Broadway
Warm wood and bold graphics replace the rhinestone kitsch most new downtown hotels reach for. A cafe, a central lounge and an outdoor terrace fill the ground floors, with Lower Broadway four blocks away.
The Printing House opened in September 2025 in SoBro. The name honors Nashville's printing trade, older than Music City itself. Printer's Alley sits within walking distance, once its heart. It flies Hilton's Tapestry Collection flag but reads as Nashville's most design-forward opening of the year.
Good to know
- It's four blocks from Lower Broadway: close enough to walk, far enough to sleep.
- The outdoor terrace is the quiet alternative to the honky-tonk rooftops nearby.

Overall my trip to Nashville was great! Everyone at the hotel was super helpful, especially Andrew down at the valet. He made the check in process super easy and helped me with my bags up to my room! Highly recommend this hotel if your coming to music city!

The room was not very clean. The pillows were feather pillows and smelled very bad when you laid on them. No communication regarding the vallet being a 3rd party. When I asked the security guard how to get my car he was no help. I went back to the hotel customer service and he basically blew me off stating it’s a 3rd party and I need to open an app. Didn’t know that. Location is great. You get what you pay for so don’t expect much from this Tapestry collection.

Overall we had a great stay! Paying for parking prior to check in set us up for a seamless experience. Close proximity to all the attractions yet still a quiet reprieve from bustling broadway. Room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to future amenities, but loved the rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay again!

When we visit a city for a second time we try a different area each time. This hotel is perfect for those who want to be a short walk to the chaos of downtown but sleep in the serenity of the outskirts. Everything about this hotel has been excellent. The lobby is huge as are the rooms. The amenities are exactly what you would expect plus some. What truly stands out at this hotel is the hospitality. The staff understand the face of someone that has just driven 9 hrs and how to make them feel at home. Quite often check in can be more difficult than it should be however the team here are professional and helpful. I must give a huge shout out to Kevin the assistant general manager. This man exemplifies customer service. I made an error in my reservation with the bed types and he went way above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you team Printing House for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Just stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. Nice new hotel with friendly staff and a really nice lobby with a bar. Everyone there did a great job all around! I would like to give a shout out to Jacobi who was especially helpful and pleasant. He really helped to make our stay fantastic, and the company is lucky to have him! The location is far enough from Broadway that you don’t get the noise but close enough to walk. Pancake Pantry and Martins BBQ are both very close by restaurants with great food. My only negative comment would be that housekeeping needs to do a little better job on the grout in the shower.
