Disser Hospitality, the group later behind Howard & Platt, built the menu around bold coastal flavors with a tropical, breezy feel instead of stiff hotel dining. It runs from breakfast through dinner daily, so it covers the whole day in one spot.

Robyn was so nice and a great waitress! The Brussels sprouts weren’t all that crispy though. The margharita pizza was pretty good!! And atmosphere was beautiful and a good vibe.

We had a wonderful experience! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The space is beautiful and creates the perfect setting to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and outstanding service. We look forward to returning soon!

Great spot at the Westin in Tampa. Good food and good service. A great choice when you don’t want to venture out after a long day of sightseeing. The Cuban sandwich take on a pizza was amazing. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and worth a visit.

Beautiful open airy atmosphere to enjoy a nice cocktail and eat some freshly prepared dishes. The menu looks limited, but the choices offer something for everyone. Make sure to leave room for the bananas foster/creme brûlée. We tried the mussels, roasted beet salad, cannelloni, and pizza and enjoyed all of them. All delivered with expert service by Haley. Ask for her, she’s fantastic!

Had a great experience at Palmette. Mike was our server and he absolutely killed it, super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. The food was excellent across the board, they have a super cool pizza oven. We got one of the pizzas, It was excellent but the cheesecake was honestly to die for. Easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while. Definitely recommend this spot and ask for Mike if you can.
