A celebrity chef's take on modern Italian lands in North Hyde Park

Antipasti, fresh-made pastas, oven-fired pizzas and wood-fired mains fill the menu at this 150-seat newcomer from Fast Fine Restaurant Group. It's the celebrity chef-backed concept's first spot in Tampa Bay, opening just months after Lumbre landed a few doors down.

That makes it the third major concept on Rome Collective's block, adding fuel to North Rome Avenue's run as one of the city's most watched dining strips.
